Glasgow's Charming West End and the Botanic Garden

West End is home to University of Glasgow, Kelvingrove Art Gallery and its wonderful park as well as the botanic garden. It is also a place to visit charming colourful alleys, interesting shops, cafes and restaurants.

The Botanic Garden founded in 1817 is free to enter and has a magnificent collection of plants. It is especially worth visiting the enormous glass house - the Kibble Palace. Close to it there is a lovely tea room.
